In the Japanese version the blood that was on Sasuke's brother's hand was digitally removed. The scene that shows a close up on Sasuke's brother's hand moving towards Sasuke was modified for the Japanese release.Due to the game targeting an A rating for the Japanese released some violence was toned down.
